How do I ADD more rows to Item 9 & 10 of the SF330 Part II?

Download and save this page to the proper "Forms Folder" defined under Preferences in the GFS software program: Escambia(Long).II.330 Refresh [F5] the list of available forms in the File Tree. This new form should be listed under Part II. This page contains an additional 16 rows for both Item 9 and Item 10 of the SF330 Part II. Use the Replace Page - Structure on the Form Context popup menu (right-click on the form itself, outside of the current field) and select this new page.
