How do I know if my form was posted correctly?

When you post your form a window appears in the software stating the progress and status of the procedure. If any fields are incomplete or filled incorrectly you will be prompted to remedy the situation. Once all the required fields are entered correctly the form will post properly. An email confirming the receipt of the form at the agency will be instantly forwarded to the Point of Contact (defined by field #6c on the form) at your firm.
